These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (forstop.com), mobile applications, and IoT-enabled automated gate barrier facilities operated by Forstop Technologies Private Limited ("Forstop").
By accessing the platform as a Driver, Space Host, or Commercial Parking Partner, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.
A. 100% Guaranteed Spot: Every booking made on the Forstop platform guarantees physical reservation of the designated bay exclusively for the registered vehicle license plate number.
B. Free 1-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel any reservation with a 100% full refund up to 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time. Refunds are credited instantly to your original payment source (UPI, Card, or Netbanking) in Indian Rupees (₹).
C. Overstay Billing & Grace Period: A complimentary 15-minute grace period is provided. If your vehicle remains parked beyond the booked duration without extending via the app, overtime billing applies at 1.5x the base hourly rate to compensate the host and affected subsequent drivers.
Forstop provides every verified host on the platform with complimentary third-party physical damage and structural liability coverage up to ₹50 Lakh (₹50,00,000 INR) underwritten by premier Indian general insurance partners.
Space hosts confirm that they own or hold explicit written authority from the landlord/society to license the parking space for temporary vehicular parking.
Hosts receive 85% net take-home on all booking proceeds. Payouts are reconciled and transferred every Monday morning to the host's Indian bank account via IMPS or NEFT.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
